TEAK Building Group is a Melbourne-based construction company specialising in hospitality, retail, and commercial fit-out projects. Established in 2018 by James Papadimitriou, TEAK was built on experience earned delivering complex projects for leading builders, before stepping out to create something with a higher standard of ownership and care.

We're hands-on, proactive, and outcome-focused. Our in-house carpentry and plastering teams give us direct control over critical trades. Tighter sequencing, fewer delays, and consistent quality.

Our role goes beyond coordinating trades. We protect your budget, drive your programme, maintain the design intent, and stay present throughout the entire build, so you always know exactly where your project stands.

We manage the full delivery process end-to-end. Programme planning, cost control, buildability advice, trade management, quality assurance, compliance, and handover.
